nursery fees

We are completely transparent about our fees and on this page you will find all details of all of our costs with no hidden fees.  

 

Administration and Waterproof Fee

To enrol your child at our Pre-School we ask for an up front charge of £100.  Included in this price is a brand new high quality and durable waterproof outerwear.  You will receive this along with your new starter information prior to your child starting with us.

 

Little Foxes Stoke Park 

Mini Foxes Fees (2-3 years)

Our daily rate from April 2025 is £58.70 per day for our core five hour session 9:30am - 2:30pm.  This includes a morning drink and snack, a home-cooked lunch with dessert and a range of enrichment activities and trips.  Find out more about our food here.  You can sign up for one, two, three or four days although we do find that children who attend for 2 or more days settle more easily into the new routine.  

Little Foxes Fees (3-4 years)

Our daily rate from April 2025 is £52.50 per day for a five hour session (9:30am - 2:30pm).  This includes a morning drink and snack, a home-cooked lunch with dessert and a range of enrichment activities and trips.  Find out more about our food here.  You can sign up for one, two, three or four days.

Wraparound care

We offer wraparound care Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:30pm.  We’ll have a high ratio of qualified staff on hand to care for your children, and a range of outdoor and indoor activities.

 

Breakfast Club

Children will be served a hearty meal of toast, cereal, berries, jam, as well as fresh fruit and toast.  We'll be on hand to welcome your child and get them ready for the day with a range activities, stories and garden games.

8am - 9:30am: £13.50.

 

After School Club

Your child will be able to engage in forest school skills alongside more traditional after school club activities at our Little Foxes base after school club. A light tea will be served of sandwiches, wraps, crudities, fruit and pudding. Monday to Wednesday fees for

2:30pm – 5:30pm:  £26. Thursday tea club fees until 4pm: £13.

Westbury Little Foxes

Little Foxes Fees (2.5-4 years)

Our Westbury setting offers 26 hours a week at Little Foxes Monday to Thursday 8am - 2:30pm.  From April 2025 the daily 6.5 hour sessions cost £68. Please note there may be a fee increase for Sept 2024, to be announced shortly. This includes breakfast, all snacks, drinks, lunch and a range of enrichment activities and trips.  We also accept government funding, childcare vouchers and payments from the tax free childcare account. 

If you use your government funded hours for your place, there is a daily food and consumables charge of £19 per day.

Government funding

3 year olds

Your child is able to access 15 hours universal entitlement, 570 hours of free entitlement hours funded by the government from the term after their third birthday. Working parents  of 3 and 4 year olds are able to obtain an additional 15 hours of funded childcare provided that they meet certain eligibility criteria.  To find out more about your entitlement click here.

The funding can also be split with other settings, provided that the other setting is happy with the arrangement.   Please note that if you are using the government funding there is a daily food and consumable charge of £14 a day for Little Foxes and £18.50 a day Mini Foxes to help us cover costs.  If you are using your funding to pay for wraparound care there is a contribution for food and drinks of £4.50 for breakfast club and £8 for after school tea Monday to Wednesday. Thursday's tea club that finishes at 4pm is charged at £4. 

Eligible 2 year olds

We are delighted to be able to offer a limited number of government places for eligible two year olds.  Find out more about if you meet the criteria here.

Tax free childcare account and childcare vouchers

We accept payments from the tax free childcare account.  If you choose to pay in this way please let us know your reference number.  We also accept childcare vouchers.  We are currently set up with the following schemes and our codes for payments are detailed below:

LITTLE FOXES STOKE PARK, BRISTOL

 

Drop off and pick up for core hours for our Little and Mini Foxes is in Stoke Park Estate near the Lockleaze Youth and Playspace BS7 9TD. We meet at the entrance to the meadow in Stoke Park Estate.  If driving, it's best to park outside the Lockleaze Youth and Playspace, BS7 9TD and then walk along the footpath that has two boulders at it's entrance.  Please can we remind everyone to park considerately of our neighbours, ensuring all driveways are kept clear. About 50m along the footpath the entrance to the meadow is on your right.

Tea club pick up and breakfast club drop off is at our HQ at The Lockleaze Youth and Playspace in BS7.

LITTLE FOXES WESTBURY, BRISTOL

 

Drop off and pick up for core hours for our Little Foxes is in Westbury Wildlife park is Trym Rd, Bristol BS9 3ET. If you head to the top of Trym Rd you'll see the entrance to the Park signposted.  

Using alternative transport to driving is encouraged. There is a car park but that is reserved for Staff Volunteers, Disabled Users, River of life on Sundays & WOT-POTS.

There is parking in the Village behind CO-OP and W-O-T Primary care centre please use these facilities if you need to drive. Please be courteous to the residents along Trym Road and Pinewood close and use the car parks in the Village.
